I am a Master Elite trainer that has been in this industry for 17+ years.
I have had the opportunity to work a wide variety of athletes which include professionals and on down through the novice athletes who are just getting the feet wet fur the first time.
Just to name a few, Shane Ray of the Denver Broncos, Brandon Lloyd of the New England Patriots, Delvin Joyce of the New York Giants, Alec Burks ohhh the Utah Jazz are among the host of professionals I've had the opportunity to work with. Among other experiences, I have serviced many aspiring athletes preparing for the NFL Pro Day Combine, I've hosted youth football camps, a number of all-sport performance camps, strength & conditioning for school districts, and more.

One of my great feats is that I had and opportunity to serve in the business management department at Lifetime Fitness.
My sports career includes high school football at Shawnee Mission East.
I played collegiate football at both Cofeyville Community and Missouri State.
My passion is helping young athletes understand how to get better in life and on the field despite the challenges that they will face.

My name is Cherise Harvey and I'm a N.A.S.M ( National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer.
I'm an accomplished High School and Collegiate track athlete.
My focus for you is to make sure you obtain your personal physical goals whatever they may be.
My training regimen focuses on strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, core strengthening, speed and agility.
I aspire to bring an overall balanced workout for the athlete of today for longevity tomorrow.
My training methods increase overall strength and joint health in hopes of creating a better you and preventing injury.
At every level I want everyone to who works with me to succeed.
